Front Office Information
ON KIMBALL DRIVE, where the small, green sign, "6712,"
ushers you into our private parking lot, the scene is set, with the outdoor
park-like area leading you directly to the door of our Office Suite 103.
Once inside, you can expect to be greeted warmly and discreetly at the front
office by Marian Fry. She will listen to you and will direct you to anything
you need to feel welcome.
We want our waiting area to be as appealing and comfortable as possible for
your short wait to see your personal therapist. If you don't wish to talk
with anyone before seeing your therapist, have something to drink, have a
chocolate, take a seat, look at the paper or a magazine, or just close your
eyes to wait to be invited in for your session.
Counseling can be a big step for many people, and the unknown of simply
entering our offices can be disconcerting. We welcome you to stop by at any
time to "scout us out," no personal questions asked.
Were glad you're on your way!

Suzanne Kirsch, MS, LMFT
I have a deep respect and appreciation for individuals and
the family process, and for their struggles and possibilities. Most
people seeking counseling are feeling stuck in some way, and hope to
make sense and meaning of their situation. I believe people can
learn to initiate change by taking charge of their own thoughts,
feelings, and actions; and by learning to talk about problems in an
open, honest, and nonjudgmental way.
I believe the purpose of therapy is to support people in
gaining personal insight, understanding others' perspectives, and
integrating this information as they plan new and improved courses
of action in their lives.
I support people in their efforts to overcome barriers to
communication, create intimacy and trust, restore respect and
control, and gain personal awareness of their strengths and
potential.
My specialties include counseling individuals, couples, and
families in the following areas:
Premarital and marital
Separation, divorce, parenting
Trauma and loss
Living positively with illness within one's personal circumstances,
using Christian principles.

Caroline Timmins, MS, MFT
Caroline Timmins is a Marriage and Family therapist who holds
an undergraduate degree in theology and psychology from Biola
University (1987). She expects to receive her Master's in Marriage &
Family therapy from Seattle Pacific University in June 2005, and
then begin work toward state licensure.
She has experience in adolescent in-patient psychiatric
treatment, adult in-patient chemical abuse treatment, and
therapeutic services with children and their families in state
foster care.
Caroline is married ten years, and a mom to two school-aged
children. She enjoys therapy with teenagers and their families,
pre-marital couples, and couples experiencing difficulty adjusting
to the early years of marriage or remarriage. She also appreciates
the enormous effort involved in recovery and enjoys supporting
people who are working through the 12-step program.
Trained in Bowen Family Systems Theory, Caroline understands
the influence, for better or worse, that families of origin have
over relationships in the present. She is especially interested in
exploring this with clients who are struggling with these issues,
and who feel such discussions would be helpful.
Caroline accepts clients on a sliding fee scale and can be
reached confidentially by phone at 360 710 3886.
